Overnight Oats
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
½ banana (smashed)
Directions:
The night before you want
to eat your oats, combine all of the ingredients into a bowl or jar. Let sit in the fridge overnight and
enjoy. You can also add other fruits,
nuts, or even granola before you eat it.
